I have been eating my 5 a day of fruit and veg, and I drink black tea probably around four mugs a day. However I do not drink water on its own. I do not drink any fruit juices. In the morning I have a cup of tea before school, but I will not have a drink until around 4pm. Am I dehydrated? Would being dehydrated slow down my weight loss and make me tired. Should I be drinking water during school time to keep my hyrated?

If I am consistent with my running, is that enough to lose weight without changing my diet? Also how long would it take to notice results in toning and weight loss? I am trying to lose about 10 pounds, maybe 15 at the maximum, but I would like to do it quickly. I plan to do a little exercise on the days I don’t run, but nothing extreme.
