Desperately in need of useful weight loss supplement to help lose 30lbs gained during pregnancy. HELP!!
I’ve been doing some research and discovered that the best weight loss supplement combination is 25mg Ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and 5mgs Yohimbe. However, I haven’t been able to locate a supplement that contains these ingredients. Do you know of any? Also, what are the best sites to find these products?

I’ve seen ads for the calorie-shifting weight loss thing… They say you can lose 9 lbs in 11 days. Is that possible? Moreover, how can I do that, if it is possible? Has anyone actually done it themselves? I’d really like some proof before I go into this type of dieting… I’d like to lose about 20-30lbs. I’m typically walking 3 – 4 miles 5-6 times a week, but my friend told me that it’ll take longer to burn fat walking than jogging.

Is this true? Personally, I find jogging uncomfortable even with an exercise bra on, but if it’s more conducive to weight loss then I’ll try it.
