Why do people think that weight loss is easy? That they can pop a pill and never break a sweat?

I know all the reasons people think it’s easy like tv ads and such. I just don’t understand the psychology behind it. Why are we programmed in this country to want everything RIGHT NOW? Anything worth having is worth fighting for, IMO.

 

I am looking for a weight loss supplement that has proven results that doesnt make me nauseous or lightheaded?

What is more effective for weight loss ? Long distance jogging ? Or short distance sprinting ?

You have not only think about what healthy choice to make but also how long since you last ate, it makes me feel like im thinking about food all day.
