Can you exercise less to maintain weight loss if its high intensity?
Saturday, February 28th, 2009Will running for 30 minutes a day five days a week. at 5.9 miles per hour on a 2.0 incline be enough to maintain weight loss? I am a teenager and I’m consuming roughly 1800 calories per day. Right now I’m running for 45 minutes five days a week at 5.9 miles per hour on a 0.5 incline. I walk the other two nights to give my knees a break.
