Is trampolining a good exercise for weight loss?

weight loss
Sophie asked:

I’m quite unfit, haven’t really exercised since I left school. I love to swim, but I get cramp soooo often when swimming it wrecks it for me (being stuck in water 2 m deep and nowhere near the side with cramp is not fun!!). So is trampolining good for weight loss if I do 3 x 10 minute bursts a day ( I can’t stand any more at my fitness level yet, I get out of breath so easily!!) ?
Thanks!

weight loss
nicky3162002 asked:

I asked a question about another product earlier and someone suggested Wu-yi tea to me as a helpful weight loss product. Can someone tell me more about this product? Is it really helpful? Can someone who has used it tell me if it was helpful to them? Other then drinking the tea did you do anything else? What exactly does it do to you?

Sorry for the over flow of questions. I’m just trying to finally find an effective weightless product. Please as many details as possible.

lose weight
suerone asked:

Everytime I get like 2-3 pounds away from reaching my first weight goal I use it as permission to eat crap as I become comfortable with my weight even though that is nothing close to my ultimate goal weight. What I would like to know is, what causes a person to sabotage their own weight loss goals by eating crap?

weight loss
….melancholy :( …. asked:

I know that drugs like cocaine and methamphetamine, and even legal rx drugs like adderall and ritalin cause weight loss because they are stimulants and suppress appetite. Well, caffeine is a stimulant, and I notice that after a few shots of espresso I am not very hungry. Can high does of caffeine have a weight loss effect? If so, how much must one take?
