Is anyone on the Medi Slim Weight Loss Program?
Thursday, December 17th, 2009ZZ asked:
I can’t find much information about the Medi Slim weight loss program (not the pills) online other than from their own website. Is anyone out there on it or know someone on it with some good info? What kind of results are you seeing? Or is it as sketchy as it seems online? Any help would be amazing!

Any tips on getting and staying motivated to reach my weight loss goals?
Monday, March 9th, 2009Two quarters & a heart down asked:
Last summer I started a weight loss program and was really excited about the prospect of being fit and healthy while I’m still young. Within the first 2 months, I lost almost 20lbs and wasn’t craving chocolate and sweets and other things like that, which I normally crave all the time. Then I went to Chicago for the weekend, and it’s been all downhill from there. I completely lost all my motivation and I think my cravings are even worse now than they were before I started the program last year! I just turned 25 and want to get healthy and fit so that I can better enjoy my life. I’m open to any advice or words of wisdom that might help me get back on track. Thanks in advance!
Ok, I’m not looking for people to tell me what to do to lose weight, because I already know that part. I’m asking about how to MOTIVATE myself to keep it up.

I need to lose about 30 lbs. and I am looking for a good weight loss program to go on. I need a program that does not require alot of cooking and the foods I will need to eat will be easily accessible and be quick and easy to make. I plan on joining a gym and starting to work out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
